The Library Dragon

In this whimsical tale by New York Times best-selling author Carmen Agra Deedy, Sunrise Elementary School faces an unusual challenge when their new librarian, Miss Lotta Scales, turns out to be a real dragon with a fierce love for books. Determined to protect her newly acquired collection, she fends off anyone who disturbs her sanctuary, even singeing the principal's tie. However, when nearsighted Molly Brickmeyer accidentally wanders into the library and begins to read aloud, the magical power of storytelling might just provide a solution to calm this fiery guardian and bridge the gap between librarian and students.
